Terms of Use

Account Terms:

1. The individuals above 18 years of age are eligible for applying & obtain the Royalty Card.

2. Individuals Purchasing the Royalty Card must provide his full legal name, current address, a valid email address, Residential proof, Photo Identity and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process.

3. Individual purchasing the Royalty Card will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality about the information of Royalty Card including his Password secure.

4. Oss Retails Pvt. Ltd. Will not be liable / responsible for any loss or damage caused to any individual from failure to maintain the confidentiality of his account and password.

5. Individual shall not have any authority to use our Reward system for any illegal or unauthorized purpose / intention nor may he, in the use of the Service, violate any laws impose by central / state / local authority in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws), judgments / directions of Humble High Courts & Supreme Court In India

6. Individual will be solely responsible for all activities and contents (data, graphics, photos, and links) that is uploaded under your Royalty Card account.

7. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

8. An application for the purchase of Royalty Card once submitted for will not be cancelled.

9. OSS shall not be liable/responsible by what so ever manner for any defect in the product/merchandise/goods / services provided by merchants and availed through the Royalty Card. OSS does not warranty against any damage or defect for the above mentioned transactions.

10. The Royalty Card is not subject to redemption or renewal.

11. OSS shall not be responsible for any misuse / miss-appropriation of the Royalty Card.

12. OSS hereby reserves the unconditional right to amend/ change / modify / alter or withdraw the Royalty Card without any prior written / verbal / electronic / via / codified / symbolic / diagram / graphic / numeric communication / intimation / information.

13. All disputes pertaining to defect in the product/merchandise/goods / tools provided by Royalty Card or any deficiency in services / skill availed through the Royalty Card will be resolved by OSS at sole discretion. Decision of OSS in this regard shall be full & final as binding on you without any prejudice.

14. All transactions through the portal of Royalty Card will be governed by Indian laws applicable time being in force.

15. All dispute arising out of any transaction pertaining to the use of Royalty Card, shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.

16. Hereby it is mutually agreed by you that you will have to pay transaction fee applicable / differ from merchant to merchant.

17. This card can be used by the bonafied user only, transfer of said card will be deemed to be null & void. OSS hereby reserves the right to cancel / terminate this card without any prior notice.

18. Any instruction communicated through Written / verbal / electronic way / media will be binding on you.

19. Purchase of Royalty card will not create any relationship between OSS and purchaser and the relationship will be on principle to principle basis only.

20. Royalty Card will be valid for online transactions through web duly authorized by merchants


Royalty Card points calculation:

1. Royalty Cards points which Individual will earn through transactions will be added to member's account within 7 working days.

2. In case of Refund & Return Transaction points will not be added.

3. For Every purchase of Rs. 200 Individual will get 1 Point.

4. Points will be calculated in a whole. Will not consider infractions. Points will be round off with previous No.

5. Royalty Cards points from the member's account cannot be pooled or combined with the Royalty Cards points of another member's account.

6. If any member not using his/her Royalty Cards card to accumulate and/ or redeem Royalty Cards points for a continuous period of 24 months (2 years), the accumulated Royalty Cards points and the Royalty Cards membership account will expire. All points collected by any member who is lying unused at the time of expiry shall lapse.


Product Deliveries

1. All redemptions orders received / placed through the official portal of Royalty Card will be delivered within 30 to 60 working days however OSS RETAIL PVT LTD will not be responsible further delay caused due to If the whole or any part of the performance by of OSS RETAIL PVT LTD its obligations under this Agreement is prevented, hindered or delayed or otherwise made impracticable by reason of any event beyond the reasonable control of such Party including but not limited to strikes, labor disputes, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or any other cause of like or different character ("Force Majeure Event"), the Party whose performance is thus prevented, hindered or delayed shall be excused from such performance during the continuance of such Force Majeure Event. On the happening of such Force Majeure Event, the Parties shall immediately consult each other in order to find an equitable solution and shall use all reasonable effort to minimize the consequences of the Force Majeure Event.

2. Redemption orders from members once given to OSS RETAILS PVT LTD. cannot be canceled or changed. Goods / rewards once delivered cannot be returned or cancelled by the member.

3. Please ensure the mailing address details given by Individual are correct. If not, please contact Royalty Cards Call Center and have the details updated.

4. If a member has not mentioned correct residential / official address or is not available at the mentioned address at the time of delivery of product the said product will be delivered to the person available at the mentioned address & OSS RETAILS PVT LTD will not be responsible for such delivery of product/merchandise/goods / tools provided by Royalty Card or any services / skill availed through the Royalty Card.


Return / Exchange Policy

1. If any product/merchandise/goods / tools are found damaged condition or if an individual found any deficiency / defect in the services / skill availed through the Royalty Card provided by Royalty Card or he will be under liability to communicate the said fact to OSS RETAILS PVT LTD on the registered address in written or through electronic communication within seven days.

2. All damaged product /merchandise/goods / tools need to be sent by the customer only. Customer will have to send the damaged product where he/she confirmed with Royalty card call centre.

3. OSS RETAIL PVT LTD will not be responsible for products or vouchers stolen, damaged or lost in transit before delivery to the member. This responsibility entirely lies with the fulfillment agency and Courier Company which is used for fulfillment of the reward.

4. Member must strictly follow the partner's and merchants designated procedures to exchange defective rewards or merchandise

5. Under any circumstances will the rewards be neither refunded nor exchanged for Royalty Cards points or cash.


Indemnities

1. Product Availability and points of the products in Royalty card reward Catalogue are subject to change without prior written / electronic / via / verbal / diagram cal / numeric / symbolic communication.

2. There will be slight change in Model, color or features of the product subject to availability. That might be sent to Individual by vendor.

3. Selection of products offered for redemption is and will be at the sole prudence of OSS RETAIL PVT LTD. and is liable to change without prior written / electronic / via / verbal / diagram cal / numeric / symbolic communication.

4. OSS RETAIL PVT LTD. will not be responsible where any supplier of products withdraws, cancels, alters or amends those products.

5. Product image displayed on the rewards catalogue are Picture Specify. Colors and specifications of products are subject to change as per the availability

OSS RETAIL PVT LTD. is not responsible for changes to, or discontinuance of, any merchant or partner product, merchandise, or service, any merchant or partner withdrawals from the OSS RETAIL PVT LTD. program, or for any effect on or devaluation of rewards caused by such change, discontinuance, or withdrawal. Members may not rely upon the continued availability of any reward or award level.

OSS RETAIL PVT LTD. will not be held responsible where any supplier of products withdraws, cancels, alters or amends those products.
