1. What is an Oss Royalty Card?

OSS Royalty Card is membership cards where you can earn points for every transaction happen on OSS system, like Railway Bookings, Air Bookings, Bill collections, Recharges and many more. Points earned can be redeemed against various rewards. The more you Do Transaction with us, the faster you earn points which you can redeem for hot merchandise.

2. How do I get Oss Royalty Card and where?

You can Visit our Site that is www.ossroyaltycard.com there you can find the location and address of our Business partners. After visiting them you will get OSS royalty cards at our Business partners. You will purchase it for Rs. 200.

3. How do I register with Oss Royalty Card?

We have over 40000 outlets all across India. Visit to your nearest Royalty Card Outlet they will register you by filling necessary Information. After registration you can log on to www.ossroyaltycard.com you can update your profile and you can check your reward points in ‘MY Account’ tab.

4. How are OSS Royalty Card rewards points calculated?

For every Rs. 200 spent on eligible purchases, you will receive 1 reward point. For example if you spend Rs. 10000, you will receive 50 reward points. Points will get rounded off to the previous whole number.

5. How do I earn points?

Once you get your OSS Royalty Card Account: Every time you transact on OSS system your Royalty points will get added to your card. Carry out online transactions at our online partners like www.railticketonline.com, www.flightsafar.com http://www.bussafar.com, www.paybillonline.in and many more; earn OSS Royalty Card points and get hot deals. For Points earned Detail you have to log in your Account.

6. How will I know about the reward points that I have accumulated?

Once you log in your account you will see Points earned. After log in you will see ‘My account’ and you can see Reward Points Earned and also you can see a option called ‘My Transaction’ in that you can see your all ledger details till date.

8. How long it will take for points to be added in my Account?

Please allow a time of 7 days for points to get credited to your OSS Royalty Card membership account.

9. What should I do after 7 days passed my Transaction & I haven’t received points in my Account.

10. I didn’t have my Royalty card with me can I claim my points?

yes you can, you have to just remember your card no. And provide whenever is necessary.

11. My royalty card has been lost/stolen or Damaged, What should I do?

In case a customer loses Oss Royalty Card a penalty of 50 points will be deducted from his / her points account in-case he / she want a fresh card to be issued. Customer must report the lost card details to the OSS Customer Care Helpline no: 022- 66846684/022-4238 4238. Once a card is reported lost, it will be blocked. After verifying your Details new card will be send to you.

12. What happens if I cancel my Transaction?

If you cancel any of your transaction Points will be automatically deducted from your account.

13. How do I redeem my reward points?

Once you earn enough points to qualify for a certain product. You have to logon in your Account. After going on Reward page you will see various Categories defined. After clicking desired category you will see various sub-categories. After clicking desired sub-category, you will have to choose any one product from various choices you have. Redeem Points are mentioned below the products you have to select that product add it to cart and then click on Submit. Products will be delivered to you.

14. When will I receive my Rewards?

All redemptions orders will be delivered within 30-60 working days. If Any delays beyond that company is not responsible because is due to conditions beyond the control of our Company.

15. Can anyone else use my points?

No, points are Non transferable.
